    Echinacea Root has a long traditional history, and recently, substantial degree of scientific research supporting its use as an excellent natural antibiotic and immune booster. It contains echinosides (a & b), polysaccharides, isobutylamines, and other constituents that provide a most pronounced stimulating effect on all aspects of immune function. It has been shown to stimulate production of immunoglobulins, B-cells, T-cells, macrophages, etc. It will even tend to normalize the ratio of white blood cells to red blood cells, and provides repair of connective tissue.     Product Description

    The liver is the most important organ in the whole body. It performs upwards of 400+ different functions, ranging from filtering, neutralizing, fixating, storing, transforming, regulating, etc, etc. It is the main filter for the body, and as such, can become congested and overcome with toxic byproducts of poor digestion,.chemicals in the food chain, the environment, and even the air we breathe. Additional functions of the liver include storage of Vitamin A & D, Iron, production of bile necessary to break down fats and stimulate peristalsis. It is specifically involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, all of which find their way into energy production. Thus it becomes readily apparent that we need to care for and look after this most important part of our body. When we suffer from constipation, or the stool is dark in color, have head-aches, feel tired after eating, have a sallow or pasty complexion; when our tongue is coated, hair is oily, and our skin dry (in winter), all of these lead back to a faulty liver. The herbs in this formula are designed to restore functional activity to a sluggish congested liver. They accomplish this by dissolving the build-up of waste in the sinusoid cavities, and Kuppfer cells of the liver, where filtration takes place.     Disease may start in the bowel, but it gets a ‘push’ from a deficient digestive system. When we are lacking in digestive ‘fire’, foods are not entirely or adequately processed. Enzymatic activity may be impaired on the part of the liver or pancreas; the stomach may not produce enough hydrochloric acid; pepsin and other digestive ferments may be missing or incomplete… many things can and do go wrong in the alimentary canal, including upsets in the pattern of alkaline(mouth) acid(stomach) alkaline(small intestine) and acid(large intestine) sequences. In this regard, the pancreas make be unable to produce enough sodium bicarbonate to neutralize residual stomach acid in the food mass as it reaches the small intestine.     Many of the early eclectic practitioners have stated that disease starts in the bowel. Even today, this statement carries a lot of weight and truth. Dysbiosis – the biological dysfunctioning of a given system, occurs more often in the large bowel. Candida Albicans and its analogs, are a prime example of what happens when the intestinal flora is seriously disturbed. The retention of waste matter lends itself to this event. Fermentation of matter, the ensuing growth of pathogenic bacteria, the production of gases, etc all contribute to a state of dysbiosis. Inflammation can occur (IBS, Chrohn’s, et al) dull headaches follow, possible hypothyroidism, coated tongue, bad breath, sluggish liver and on and on… Quite simply, the food that we eat, is only beneficial for us for the time it takes to extract the good from it; afterwards, the end products of metabolism can do us harm.     This is a most wonderful soothing and relaxing liniment for pulled muscles, sore backs, bruised calves, sciatica, and is of moderate – to significant assistance in shingles. This embrocation is made from either wild-crafted or (certified) organic St John’s Wort – notably the top 3-4 inches that have the most flowers that contain the hyperforin and hypericin: the two essential compounds that provide the anti-spasmodic, relaxing and calming effect. Use liberally for those occasions that require its use; however, be prepared to cover the affected area with muslin or loose cotton cloth, covered in turn by plastic sheeting. The base – as noted is an oil; thus this will stain affected clothing, bed-sheets, etc. We suggest wearing old / minimal value clothing where & when needed.

    Goldenseal Root is probably one of the finest mucus membrane astringents in the whole herbal realm. As well, it is an excellent natural antibiotic for topical applications, ie infected wounds, cuts, etc. While it is very bitter, it can still be taken internally as an antibiotic, although long term use should be avoided. It is superb for gargling in cases of sore throats and can be used judiciously for cases of ulcers as well. Goldenseal Rt contains primarily three different alkaloids: berberine, hydrastine and berberastine. They have a wide range of activity against various microbes; equally, it will stimulate blood supply to the spleen, and help activate the macrophages it produces. There has also been noted some tumour inhibiting effect, but by itself would not constitute an effective remedy.

    Ingredients: Certified organically grown 3 yr. old Goldenseal Rt., Alcohol (45%)
    Suggested Dosage: Topically, use 3-5 drops, or enough to cover the affected area. Internally, use 10-15 drops, in a glass of water, 2-3 times per day. As a gargle for sore throats, use ½ teaspoonful in a glass of warm water (2-3 oz) and gargle, a sipful at a time.
    Contra-Indications: Not to be used internally with drugstore antibiotics, or for long term use, especially those with hypoglycemia or low blood sugar problems.

    This combination of roots barks and herbs is most suitable for the aches, pains and inflammation of ‘sour’ or overly acidic blood in the body. Arthritis, gout and even some aspects of rheumatism all reflect the disturbances caused by an improper diet, poor liver & kidney function, as well as the formative influences of chronic negative emotions ( bitterness, resentment, etc. )The result is an over-acidification of the blood, that initially , uses up the bio-available organic Sodium in the body. (… one reason why arthritic persons can have digestive upsets – Sodium is stored in the walls of the stomach..).     This formula is a significant improvement on the original four(4) herb formula. Even Rene Caisse was known to have added various herbs to the original mixture, during the time she spent treating people at her clinic. Thus the warning on the part of some companies to be wary of imitations has no real foundation, except to support the bottom line. Herbs have no loyalty to any brand; their only service is to that of the human body.

    The three(3) additional herbs used: Red Clover, Plantain Leaves, and Prickly Ash Bark suggested by a native medicine man from Manitoulin a number of years ago, have demonstrated scientific benefits that support and augment the thrust of the first four herbs. I have researched this scientifically, and tested this formula energetically (radionically) as well as in my practice, and have found it to be superior to the much vaunted original.

    Product Description

    This is an excellent preparation made from the fresh/fresh frozen green hulls of the Black Walnut tree; it has germicidal, anti-fungal ,parasiticide and some anti-viral properties. It should be used in conjunction with both the PARA and the GAIA formulae, as it will provide substantial support in the treatment of these and other ailments. It is also of service in intestinal irritation, where there is inflammation; mucus and hemorrhagic discharges such as leuccorhea and bleeding piles. It will be helpful in diarrhea, dysentery,and abscesses and apthous mouth ulcers. Can be used for cases of food poisoning, in the order of 1 tablespoonful in a glass of warm water, every 2 hours. For those worried about prior allergic reaction to Walnut, specifically the nut meat, I have found those same persons to be able to handle the tincture of the green hulls. However, for first time use by such an individual, I suggest 1-2 drops in a ¼ cup of water. Take a sip and wait to see if any reaction. If none, gradually increase dosage by 1-2 drops a day, until full dose is reached, or until tolerated.
